Delivery

Here at Dog Kennels Direct, we pride ourselves on getting your products to you in pristine condition, and therefore only deliver them using our own company vehicles or our team of highly vetted and selected professional courier companies. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days, and in most cases even quicker.

Free delivery is restricted to mainland UK only, (conditions apply). Delivery charges could apply to Scottish highlands and some mainland destinations due to costs involved . Please contact us prior to placing your order for delivery costs should you not reside in mainland UK. The following postcodes will incur a £50 delivery charge: PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, HS, PL,TR, TQ

If any item is not in stock you will be contacted immediately, and offered a suitable replacement by one of our professional sales team and also advised when the item will be next in stock.

If you have ordered a 'pre order' item, please note that all items will be dispatched once the 'pre order' item is in stock.

All credit or debit card transactions are clearly visible on your bank statements as a DOGKENNELSDIR.COUK transaction, to easily recognise your purchase. All orders will receive confirmation purchase emails, and your order can be tracked in order to dispatch by logging into your account.

Unfortunately due to logistical issues, we cannot deliver or supply to any of the UK islands. This is due to the difficulties of having to rectify any issues that may arise on orders.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that any order is received damage or faulty then please call to advise our sales team within 24 hours of delivery of the items, and the item will be returned back to us and replaced with all additional costs paid by Dog Kennels Direct. Any used items that are damaged cannot be returned for any reason. 

Any items received in good condition but returned by the purchaser within 5 working days will be refunded, less the shipping costs incurred.

All deliveries are free of charge, but customers will be advised if there will be a delivery cost before dispatch, due to remote or island locations
