We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days were possible. Smaller orders of say for example 1 panel may be slightly longer as we try to deliver where possible in batches. This is completely dependant on distance – if you would like to check this before ordering, just contact on of our team.
No, floor and wall brackets are an optional extra. If you would like to purchase the brackets with the panels, please visit our brackets page.
All panels will come with 2 nuts, bolts and washers. These are used to fasten the panels to eachother, however you do not get the brackets to fix the panels to the wall, floor or roof. If you would like to purchase the brackets with the panels, please visit our brackets page here.
Yes, we require a signature on all deliveries. If you request the driver to leave the order this will be at your own risk. We take photographs of each delivery as proof of delivery in this situation.
All customers will get a phone call when the vehicle is being loaded (usually the night before were possible) and we also ask all the drivers to call when one hour away on the day.
If your chosen product is out of stock we will call to advise you on this. We will then give you a rough idea of when it is due back in stock or alternatively offer you another similar product in stock for a quicker delivery. Please note it is very rare we run out of stock on any product.
Yes, all standard panels are 1.84m tall
Yes, any order can be collect by prior appointment once ready.
Yes, any panel size can be custom made and the cost will be calculated depending upon the requirement.
