Frequently Asked Dog Bowls & Holders
Raised dog bowls are better for dogs for several reasons. They prevent dogs from pushing or sliding their bowls across the floor, which can be annoying for the dog, and cause a problem if feeding more than one dog at once. They help to stop dogs from playing with their bowls, in particular dogs who like to paddle in their water bowls, resulting in dirty water and a wet floor. They can be beneficial for older dogs helping to reduce strain upon the joints, but make sure that the bowl is fitted at the correct height for your dog.
Steel dog bowls are an excellent choice for dogs. Stainless steel is extremely hard-wearing and durable. It is non-porous making it very hygienic and easy to clean between meals. All our pet bowls are made from high quality stainless steel and designed to last for many years.
Our dog bowls are easy to remove. Whether used as a dog water bowl or for food, being able to easily and simply remove the bowl is essential.
Our dog bowls and holders are easy to install and move around your kennel. They come with all the nuts, bolts, and washers needed for attaching them to your kennel, and we are on hand to give you advice if you need it. If you are installing a pet bowl for more than one dog, make sure you give them plenty of room, so that you don't have issues during feeding time. Ensure that your bowls are set at the correct height for your dogs by measuring your dogs, or standing them by their feeding station. The bowl needs to be roughly in line with where their front legs meet their chest.
